Do you share the information provided by the travelers?
When you make your travel arrangements with Embassy Travel, we share only pertinent information to our vendors, such as the airlines, car companies and hotels. We do not sell, share or exchange individual customer name or other personal profile to third party. This is our service commitment to you.

What do you accept for payment?
We accept cash, check and major credit cards.

What information do you need if I choose to pay with credit card?
We will need your full name, credit card number, your billing address and telephone number and a fax copy of Credit Card Authorization Form. 

How soon will I receive my airline ticket?
Normally, we will send out your ticket in five business days after receipt of your payment. For ticket paid with bank check or credit card, we will issue Electronic Ticket (if applicable) on the same day you have approved the charge.

How do I know if my reservation is confirmed?
Upon receipt of your travel request, we will proceed with your flight reservation. We will send you an email confirmation including flight schedule and total ticket cost.

Can I change my travel itinerary?
You can change your itinerary anytime before the ticket is issued.

Will I get Frequent Flyer Miles and advance seating?
Most airlines allow you to accumulate frequent flyer miles with bulk rate fare tickets and advance seating assignments.

Are these bulk rate fare tickets refundable?
Most of these tickets are refundable with penalty.

When I find the tour package or cruise that I like, how do I book it?
Send us an email info@embassytraveldc.com or call 1-800-775-6911 and we will do the rest for you.

What about the fares and cities that are not listed in your web site?
Just send us an email and we will find the best available fare for you.

Do you offer discounted business and first class tickets?
Yes, we also offer discounted international business and first class tickets in selected markets, please email us your itinerary.

Do you offer discounted cruises and other tour packages?
Yes, every day we receive faxes and email sales promotions for many European, Asian destinations and discounted Caribbean, Alaskan cruises for as much as 30 - 40% off the brochure price. Please email us your request.
